We were upgraded to a suite with a storage space, mini-bar, and safe, and enjoyed a delicious and complimentary breakfast with croissants, butter.

The attention of the reception staff was first class, courteous, friendly and extremely effecient. The location is fantastic for train travellers. The breakfast was very good, a lot better than most hotels we have stayed at.
The only drawback was not having it's own restraunt although there are others right next door.

The hotel staff is excellent -- super friendly and very helpful. They arranged a taxi less than 24 hours in advance for my Mom to get to the airport for a fair price. They are extremely accommodating. This was my second time staying there and I highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast is good and varied, offering something for everyone, with a pleasant view; the location is excellent, close to a nearby restaurant, the waterbus station to the Lido, and Venice itself.

The hotel was clean with caring and particularly helpful staff with fantastic service. the location was excellent and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Parco Piraghetto. - This venue was located in a very attractive area.

The staff were extremely helpful and took time to answer all of our questions. They arranged transportation to the airport and had a snack breakfast waiting for us at 4:30 am. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the use of computer in the lobby. Convenient to bus stop.

Location opposite the Train station allowa a one stop journey to vennice at the cost of one euro. A cheaper alternative than staying in a hotel in vennice itself. A small but convenient and clean hotel
